PLACING AN ORDER

You may order Dances With Wood project kits directly from this web site.
Transactions are private. Dances With Wood does not sell or share customers' private information.
We sincerely apologize, but we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada or any other country due to extremely high shipping charges.

Payment:
Payment is through the secure services of Pay Pal, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for all online orders. You can also pay by check using Paypal.
Orders are charged immediately when placed, even for back-ordered items.
We do not accept credit card numbers delivered by email.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be canceled prior to shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be delighted with your purchase and we care about our customers and the products we provide. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we offer a no-quibble, money-back or exchange guarantee within 30 days of purchase.

Just complete the returns portion of your packing slip, securely package your return, and send it back to use via a traceable method with the shipper of your choice using the address label from your packing slip. Merchandise credits and refunds will be issued for the original purchase price. Your original shipping fee is not refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and be in original packaging. You pay for postage at the point of return.

Returns that meet the return criteria are refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase.

BACK-ORDERED ITEMS:
Back-ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available at no extra cost, via USPS (approximately 3-7 business days).

BROKEN OR MISSING PARTS:
If, for any reason, any of our products arrives damaged or with missing components, we will promptly provide replacement part/s. Please contact us by email with a description of the damaged or missing part/s and we will, with all urgency, provide a replacement. LEGAL:
Limits of Responsibility. We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts or injury incurred during operation or use of product.

PROTECTING CHILDREN:
We take special care to protect the safety and privacy of children.
Our web site is directed to people who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly send email correspondence to anyone under the age of 18.

PRIVACY GUARANTEED:
All personal information that you provide while on this site will be treated as confidential and will not be shared, sold or used for any purpose other than the satisfactory completion of your order and voluntary participation in our own marketing communications.

SALES TAX:
In accordance with regulations of the State of Connecticut, applicable sales tax is automatically calculated on merchandise shipped to Connecticut residents. Sales tax is not added to orders shipped to any other state.

NON-PROFIT NOTE:
At this time we are not able to provide tax exemption on orders placed by non-profit organizations.
